This incomplete track was recorded in L.A. by producer John Snyder (he's the white guy in the photo holding the camera). The band could not be more wonderful: George Cables, piano, Charlie Haden, bass, Billy Higgins, Drums, and of course Art Pepper. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the talk at the end of the track, because it takes me back to that exciting time, when Art Pepper was solidly into his big comeback and playing so well with such wonderful artists! Join me and them in the studio for eight and a half delightful minutes!

What a find , what an Album , every tracks a gem . It was a toss up between Prologue / Rainbow 1 & Rainbow 9 . But in all honesty I can’t find a dud track . Simply brilliant, ticks all the boxes for me . 10/10
