THESE OTHER TRACKS (featuring Art Pepper solos in the Stan Kenton bands) have been compiled by various bootleggers throughout the years. I've found albums from Japan and Spain always entitled "Art Pepper: Those Kenton Days." All have featured a picture of Art Pepper (with an image of Kenton in the background). In other words, they're being sold as Art Pepper albums. But the pirates pay no royalties and can provide no contracts. My feeling is, then, that the album belongs to Art's Estate. So once again, I'm stealing back the music.
